  • Prepared the company to meet all SEC requirements under Regulation Best Interest by updating and organizing over 400 client profiles.

  • Completed training on Salesforce and eMoney to learn how to properly connect client financial accounts to online platforms, transfer data from another CRM system, and upload quarterly review reports to the corresponding client profile.

  • Presented a spreadsheet to the Financial Advisor that outlined each client portfolio that currently had C Shares and Municipal Bonds so that they could contact the client and shift them to better performing securities.

 

Eli Lilly Case Study Competition, Indianapolis, IN                                          

Participant

  • Communicated with leaders in the Indianapolis community to better understand the areas that the city underperforms in compared to other mid-size cities and how to improve on them.

  • Utilized the Four C’s analysis to compare the unique attributes of Indianapolis to understand how to attract and retain talent within the city.

  • Proposed a new marketing plan at Eli Lilly Global Headquarters that rebrands Indianapolis as “America’s Playground” and revamps existing campaigns into one new platform for the community.

  • Co-developed a business concept and created a business plan that was scaled into a full student-run business.

  • Initiated sales techniques that generated $2,000 in revenue in less than 2 months.

Co-founder and President

  • Co-founded the local chapter of the Financial Management Association on Butler University’s campus.

  • Recognized the lack of financial opportunities on campus and actively worked to make FMA a central hub for all financial activities and information.

  • Adapted to the global pandemic by creating a virtual guest speaker series, virtual stock competition, and designed a website for all finance students.​
